Our client is a sustainable resource operations business with locations all throughout NZ. Through a national network of branches, facilities, and joint ventures, they provide collection and resource recovery services for councils, residents and businesses across New Zealand.
About the Role:
This is a 6-month fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent!
As Business Intelligence Analyst, in this role you must understand and work with all areas of the organisation and have good understanding of Power BI, especially in building reports, visualisations & Power BI architecture.
You will be confident in building reports and datasets to allow users access to the data in a usable format that will support the development of customer focused reporting solutions. You will work closely with the business system teams and be expected to recommend best practice methods across the BI solution.

- Solid & demonstrable experience in building reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Intermediate knowledge of Data architecture & Data modelling
- Intermediate knowledge in writing DAX, M-query & Optimization techniques
- A strong ability to work under pressure and able to adjust to a constantly changing environment.
