About the Role:
- Design strategy and set goals for growth in line with set objectives – grow revenue and EBIT for all categories in Foodstuffs and Progressive.
- Gain ranging and promotional activity to support company growth targets through business reviews and category reviews.
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow gross margins.
- Support the field sales team to achieve their targets in National Accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts.
- Identify and resolve client concerns as and when required.
- Sales activity reporting as requested by the Manager.
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in a FMCG account management role, ideally within Fresh Foods or Meat products.
- Tertiary qualified.
- Excellent communications skills across all levels.
- An exceptional relationship builder both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Hands-on with a positive, can-do attitude.
