About the Role:
This newly created role is essential to the success of the business post an ERP implementation. You will:
- Document and communicate functional requirements to technical teams
- Identify potential areas for business process and system improvement
- Work with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts, to define and assess change requests, conduct end-to-end process assessments
- Manage incidents, assess change requests, and provide project coordination and change management support for ERP enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison point between local users and the offshore team, facilitating effective collaboration and addressing any issues or concerns raised
About You:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience working on enterprise system implementations
- Experience with SAP essential
- Salesforce experience advantageous
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a post-implementation support capacity, preferably following an ERP implementation
- Ability to assess and prioritise incidents and change requests effectively
