About the Role:
As the Senior PMO Technical Analyst you will be the SPM Tool expert! Helping to seamlessly onboard and support users, ensuring ongoing integration and continuous improvement. You will work alongside other Programme and Project offices and the Strategy/Finance/Policy teams.

About the Role:
As the Senior PMO Technical Analyst you will be the SPM Tool expert! Helping to seamlessly onboard and support users, ensuring ongoing integration and continuous improvement. You will work alongside other Programme and Project offices and the Strategy/Finance/Policy teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the Portfolio and Programme functionality within the SPM Tool
- Ensuring successful delivery and rollout of product enhancements and ongoing configuration
- Leading and managing new work-streams such as integration of tool-sets, driving reporting and dashboarding products
- Ensuring the SPM Tool adapts to organisation requirements and is continuously improved upon
- Providing expert consultancy and hands on support in the use of project, programme and portfolio management tools, techniques and standards
About You:
- 5+ years experience in portfolio management or risk management
- A Portfolio Management or Project Management qualification
- Previous experience in an enterprise portfolio office and developing portfolio management dashboards and reports
- An advanced analytical thinker and problem solver with the ability to understand a situation by breaking it down and thinking outside the box
- Ability to identify gaps, risks and future improvements in the business process, providing solutions and leading the implementation process
