About the Role:
You will be working within one of the core teams overseeing the business framework.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and improve the business framework to ensure it is fit for purpose
- Define improvements or changes needed to meet current business requirements, strategies and policies via in-depth investigation and gathering of requirements
- Complete analysis to ensure a smooth transition from requirements gathering, through analysis to delivery
- Providing Subject Matter Expert advice and support through facilitating workshops
- Develop strong meaningful and cohesive relationships with stakeholders
About You:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience
- Experience working with business change projects
- Able to elicit, analyse and specify requirements and how to document correctly
- Proficient with the Better Business Cases approach
- Experience working within financial business units or large, complex organisations beneficial
- Engaging communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary qualification or certifications advantageous
