About the Role:
You will be part of a critical business unit, responsible for a large budget of project work. The team takes responsibility for improving and making framework changes, and this role trains new and existing users to adopt those improvements.

About the Role:
You will be part of a critical business unit, responsible for a large budget of project work. The team takes responsibility for improving and making framework changes, and this role trains new and existing users to adopt those improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning and implementation of new training offerings
- Delivering training plans, learning packages and content
- Conducting learning needs analysis and training design, delivery and evaluation
- Ensure their training practices and approaches remain fit for purpose
- Evaluate training interventions to assess effectiveness
About You:
- A tertiary qualification in adult education or similar
- 3 years experience in a similar Training role
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training
- The ability to coach other team members to improve the change and training practice and knowledge base within the team
- Supports people across a range of cultural, educational and professional backgrounds
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in public sector structure, governance, processes and systems is advantageous
