About the Company:
A very well known business who are leaders in specialised transportation particularly in the dangerous goods industry. They have been operating for over 50 years and are an intermodal logistics provider offering a full end to end transport service.
About the Role:
Reporting to the CFO, the Commercial Manager is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and contract management for Group customers. You will provide direction and guidance to senior leaders to recognise business opportunities, minimise financial and contractual risk and cultivate a strong market presence and relationships for the group.
You will probably have a tertiary qualification in procurement, finance, business, or relevant discipline. You will have a good level of experience in a similar commercial role, ideally in a complex, multi contract environment and will have pro experience making strategic commercial decisions in a high-pressure environment.
Your strong relationship or customer management experience will make you stand out, as will you passion for excellence and achievement.
