About the Role:

Reporting to an exceptional HR Lead, supported by a small team, you’ll have accountability to own this role. If that doesn’t scare you - let’s talk!
This is a permanent role that can be full-time or .8, however, what is needed is a safe pair of HR hands. You will have an opportunity to cover the full remit, supporting all BAU ‘people stuff’ – whatever that looks like on any given day!
You will also get to work with the team on HR projects - initiatives that are constantly being presented and agreed to, due to the growth mindset and a Leadership team open to new ideas!

Again, you must know NZ Employment Law and be comfortable advising at all levels. You will ideally have around 5 years in the HR sphere, and either be recently operating at the HRBP level, or chomping at the bit to get there!!
