About the Role:

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery of sales and margin goals of the business through strong partner relationships and management of a small team of Account Managers. You will ensure key markets have the support and framework they need to thrive, setting us apart from competitors in terms of our offering and ability to drive results.

Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Understand the overarching organisation strategies and create a roadmap to achieve those goals.
  • Lead and develop a team of high performing Account Managers to achieve sales/volume, margin and market share targets.
  • Set targets and KPI’s in line with the organisations’ strategic business goals.
  • Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on business performance, highlighting risk/ opportunities.
  • Senior level relationship management with key partners.
  • Lead and support the negotiation of key partner contracts and support and empower Account Managers to deliver contract wins on smaller partners.
  • Work with Product Managers throughout the business to ensure the products developed deliver increased value to our business and that of our partners.


About You:
 
  • You will have proven experience in sales/relationship management, ideally within the eCommerce or travel industry, with experience in a digital role a desirable trait.
  • You are a proven people leader with the ability to manage, motivate and mentor teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent numeracy and analytical ability.
  • Demonstrated resilience to inform, advise, influence and negotiate.
  • Agile growth mindset.
