About the Role:

As an EA, you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to 2 directors, managing their calendars, arranging travel, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.  
 
  • Provide high level support to two Directors.
  • Proactively manage and co-ordinate calendars, emails and prioritise responsibilities.
  • Prepare relevant documentation, including draft letters, proof reading and formatting presentations.  
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible arrangements for all office procurement.
  • Organise forums, seminars, workshops and other functions or meetings as required.


About You:
 
  • You will have strong experience as an Executive Assistant supporting busy executives.
  • You have the drive to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • You have excellent management and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate for better outcomes.
  • Attention to detail with ability to produce high quality work in appropriate time frames.
  • You have an understanding for project frameworks and operations.
  • Strong operating skills, demonstrated capacity to work independently, plan, organise, and follow through.
