About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Level1&2 Support Analyst for a six-month contract based in Onehunga, Auckland.
Our client is a market leader in their field, proudly New Zealand owned and has a great reputation in the market.
Their products and services consist of timber manufacturing, their sister company is well known in the retail trade for supplying building supplies.

As a Support Analyst you and the team are responsible for providing L1 & L2 supporting services for the Manufacturing sites with the goal of providing solutions / resolving incidents and identifying problems for the business. This role will also provide support for the Head Office.
This role will be based 100% of the time in the Onehunga Support Office.


About You:
 
  • Hands on experience working with Microsoft 365 & Cloud environment and Windows desktop & servers OS’s and related Network services.
  • WAN and LAN Networking and General IT Infrastructure knowledge
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be particularly strong communicating with non-technical end users.
  • Excellent problem diagnosis and resolution management skills.
  • Team player.
  • Positive attitude
  • Fast learner, proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure, unrestricted by time, to maintain systems integrity and meet deadlines, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Microsoft qualified or relevant certification in desktop operating systems, AZURE, LAN and Microsoft Office.
  • Well rounded knowledge of leading Applications, Server components, Operating Systems, common architectures, and Cloud solutions.
  • General understanding of Network, LAN, Switches
