About the Role:
 
  • End-to-end proposal life cycle management including - project managing RFPs; workshop the pursuit strategy, storyboard and value propositions/win themes; drive bid timetable and coordination including ‘go no go’ decisions, creation of bid proposal roadmaps, bid workshops through to final submission.
  • Act as a senior bid coach to drive and co-create compelling, differentiated and client-focused messaging.
  • Provide subject matter expertise advice and best practice to pursuit teams on proposal responses including drafting and editing to create concise and compelling response content.
  • Manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders (including gathering, organising, interpreting and collating data from various sources) in order for content to be created and peer reviewed.
  • Manage the tender management and response protocols.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s bid hub central resource and work with the rest of the team to build a library of compelling bid precedent.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the highest quality visual proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct pre and post proposal client debriefs.


About You:
 
  • You will have proven experience project managing large bids at a senior level.
  • Degree qualified.
  • An exceptional communicator (written and verbal), with outstanding stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
  • Excellent influencing and coaching skills.
  • Project/time management and organisational skills – ability to manage complex, multi workstream opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and to tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player bringing with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Able to coach teams effectively for challenging bid situations, including knowledge of presentation coaching techniques.
