About the Role:
Reporting into a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, the core function of the Digital Marketing Manager’s role is to own the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns via digital channels, with a focus on website and email platforms. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in implementing priority digital marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for;
- Managing the website and all improvements, including UX
- Design web pages that drive engagement in new content and thought leadership articles
- Deliver insightful post campaign reports and analysis via google analytics
- Manage all SEM
- Be responsible for all email marketing campaigns through Marketing Cloud and help to enhance the client experience
- Collaborate with the Brand Design Team to ensure optimal impact for all marketing campaigns
About You:
- Proven experience working as part of a successful digital marketing team, (professional services environment is desirable).
- Experience with an enterprise CMS platform and core processes, email platforms – Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential and experience in SEO optimisation.
- Have a Marketing or Business degree, and Digital certifications.
- Ability to quickly build trust, credibility and rapport with a variety of stakeholders across an organisation at all levels
- Excellent project management and organisational skills - comfortable juggling multiple competing deadlines and working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Self starter - proactive when dealing with problems and confident to suggest and execute ideas for improvement, demonstrates learning agility
