About the role:
You will coach and develop a team of Project Leads, Store Supervisors, and Inventory Management Professionals to lead, develop and execute significant change management initiatives that establish best in class inventory management standards across the sites. You will establish and maintain sustainable and high-quality inventory management practices whilst also managing all elements of the stores and inventory management processes to ensure production schedules are executed in an efficient and accurate manner.
About you:
You will have proven leadership experience within a large and complex manufacturing environment and the ability to lead and manage projects that are delivered on time and in budget.

About you:
You will have proven leadership experience within a large and complex manufacturing environment and the ability to lead and manage projects that are delivered on time and in budget.
- Tertiary and/or other relevant post-graduate qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, preferably in Inventory, Logistics or Supply Chain Management roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the execution and application of Lean Management principles
- Advanced Skills in the use of MS Office programmes, computer-based Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) a requirement, with experience in the use of SAP a preference.
