- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Adherence to compliance guidelines and expectations.
- Providing accurate product knowledge.
- Answering and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assisting the New Business Team Leaders and Head of Direct Distribution by implementing feedback.
- Contributing to a winning team environment that supports and encourages our client’s organisational values.

About You:
- A winning ‘growth’ mindset.
- Experience of the insurance/financial services and/or health industries is advantageous but not necessary. Your ability to learn quickly, demonstrate initiative and be self-motivated is equally desirable.
- Proven sales or customer service experience is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs in a similar environment.
- Strong communicator with high attention to detail.
- No criminal background.
