About the Role:
An opportunity to make a significant impact by advising and offering solutions and supporting “all things” HR.
A role where you can build on your current advisory knowledge – supporting at all levels – be it on the ground or with senior managers. It will include talent, onboarding, performance plans, metrics and data, people development, and ER – you will touch it all.
Joining a team of three others, you will help roll out new initiates, be involved in various HR projects, and support the Head of P&C on BAU HR and day to day people stuff! If you like being part of everything and are itching to develop your HR knowledge further – let’s talk!
Now – Let’s talk about You:
You are someone who is confident, takes pride in your work, and you have a wonderful way about you – knowing how to influence and engage at any level.
Your knowledge of NZ legislation goes without saying, and you’ll have between 3-5 years in the HR sphere, ideally with 2yrs+ at Advisory level.
Someone who takes the initiative and is eager to learn and grow, will thrive under this highly knowledgeable and driven Leader.
Nothing really fazes you, and you don’t need your hand held. You are practical, you draw on resources, but you know when to check in and collaborate. You juggle, you take the initiative, and you love to be a “go to person”.
