About the Role:
As part of the Data Systems team you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing processes for sourcing data and quality assurance. The role is accountable for producing high quality data products that support the Ministry to perform their role.
In this role you will identify opportunities for improvement (e.g. timeliness, accuracy, reduction in reporting load), then design, develop and implement these in a best practice way.

About You:
- You’ll be passionate about delivering excellent insights and data to stakeholders with the ability to harmoniously liaise with vendors and other government agencies
- Good communication skills including experience presenting technical information to a non-technical audience.
- A proven ability to use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, to influence and guide organisational and system-level decision making.
- Working knowledge of SQL and SAS would be beneficial.
