About the Role:

As a Contact Centre Advisor, your primary focus will revolve around delivering exceptional customer service. Your role demands a comprehensive understanding of their freight company's services and products, enabling you to provide customers with confident and knowledgeable solutions. Meeting and surpassing performance targets is of paramount importance. You'll be tasked with addressing customer inquiries through various communication channels, professionally and empathetically resolving issues, and furnishing accurate information regarding customs requirements, shipping particulars, and costs.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will proactively present alternatives, identify potential sales leads, and offer support to the Contact Centre as necessary. Your role centres on ensuring the success of their customers by comprehending their needs, delivering impeccable quality, and ensuring seamless internal operations.


About You:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a contact centre
  • Proficiency in typing
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Mastery of conflict resolution
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to commit to the working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday rotating roster between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, (8 hours per day) + one weekend day worked every 2-3 months.
