About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Strategy, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction on the Orbit brand.

Key responsibilities include: 
  • Provide input into all aspects of the marketing mix including the development and implementation of the marketing communications plan.
  • Strengthen the Orbit brand presence within key target markets identified as Orbit’s primary audience.
  • Play a pivotal role in the launch of an exciting new product.
  • Work alongside multiple internal stakeholders across the wider Orbit Group (including Australia) to build the Orbit brand and drive the specific marketing outcomes.
  • Management and development of brand videos to assist in customer training, product showcasing and customer pitches.
  • Oversee the management of the annual Orbit marketing budget in line with the marketing plan.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities such as website management, review SEO/SEM opportunities, and social media management.
  • Manage customer research platform (Ask Nicely) including the customer feedback loop.
  • Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders including partners, sponsors, and external agencies.


About You:
  • You will be a marketing generalist with B2B experience.
  • You will have the ability to provide strategic direction while also being hands on with execution.
  • Experience across digital marketing, direct marketing, EDMs and social media.
  • You will have a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent written and verbally communication skills and a confident presenter.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is desirable, but not mandatory.
