About the Role:
As one of our Talent Managers within Tribe Tech, you will be the heart of our talent network, doing things like:
- Talent Scouting: Scouring the tech landscape for hidden gems, whether they're on LinkedIn, tech meetups, or sipping coffee at the local cafe.
- Getting to Know Stars: Chatting with candidates to learn about their skills, experiences, and aspirations over a friendly virtual coffee (or tea) chat.
- Lifting Stars Higher: Offering guidance and support to help candidates shine in interviews and boost their career prospects.
- Bridging Dreams: Connecting talented individuals with tech companies they'll love, creating career magic along the way.
- Tech Enthusiast: Keeping tabs on tech trends, so you can share the hottest insights with candidates and clients.
- Pipeline Wizardry: Building and nurturing a dynamic talent pool to meet our clients' current and future needs.
- Candidate Search and Management: Overseeing candidate search activities and handling initial phone screenings.
- Identification of Top Talent: Identifying and prioritizing highly skilled candidates relevant to specific client searches.
- Be an Admin Superstar: Conduct reference checks, organizing interview logistics and ensuring seamless management of database.
