About the Role:
- Reporting to the Design Lead, you will operate across the entire customer journey to design functional and connected product and service experiences across all touchpoints; including web and app.
- Working as part of cross functional experience squad, you are generating and championing customer need and pain point insights, contribute to experience strategies, and your role will span across service. design, customer research (observations, empathy interviews, surveys), concept design (sketching, wireframing, prototyping) and some UI visual design.
- Part of a nimble design practice you’ll be working together with customer and market insights, product management, and other stakeholders to develop solutions based around customer needs.
- Day to-day, you will be responsible for designing, creating and improving new and existing experiences, products, services and platforms for our customers.
About You:
- You will have proven experience in a Design Experience role, ideally in a services industry or similar. Also, you will have worked in cross-functional teams within an Agile product development environment!
- You are naturally curious about the customer and are motivated by your desire to ensure they have the best possible experience of our products and services.
- You have a working knowledge of user-centered design, usability principles, and HCD techniques.
- You know how to incorporate customer research in product/service experience design.
- You work collaboratively with Product Managers, Product Owners, developers and other Designers.
- Attitude, as well as capability, is key for this role. A go getter and self-starter will thrive in this environment.
