About the Role:
As the Procurement Manager you will partner with business units to develop and execute capital procurement/operations, procurement category strategies and plans, deliver supplier relationship and contract management outcomes and overall assist in the delivery of the best “value for money” outcomes for the organisation.
You will probably have a tertiary qualification preferably Procurement or related business degree and have done complementary negotiation and contract skills training. You will have experience in leadership roles including considerable strategic procurement experience.

About the Role:

- Strong experience in business planning, target setting and measurement.
- Experience using SAP Ariba.
- Advanced in Microsoft (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) suite.
- Proven ability in establishing and implementing procurement activity pipelines and category strategies.
- Curiosity for learning and delivering on new ideas or ways of working.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people at all levels in the organisation.
- Highly effective influencing and persuasion skills necessary to achieve results with stakeholders.
- Experience in change management and/or transformation.
