This is a broad and busy role that will see you working across the end to end accounting function for a number of large commercial properties.

About You:
It is likely that you will hold an undergraduate degree in Commerce and will have either completed or be looking to complete your CA / CPA qualifications (support is available here).
You will have experience working in a broad, end to end accounting role, you will enjoy working with systems and be able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders across the different properties that you will be looking after.

About the Role:
This is a broad and busy role that will see you working across the end to end accounting function for a number of large commercial properties.
Some of your duties will include:
- Profit & loss/balance sheet management and reconciliations, analysis, and insights
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Preparing GST, FBT and income tax returns
- Maintaining fixed asset register and calculating depreciation
- Liaising with external auditors
About You:
It is likely that you will hold an undergraduate degree in Commerce and will have either completed or be looking to complete your CA / CPA qualifications (support is available here).
You will have experience working in a broad, end to end accounting role, you will enjoy working with systems and be able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders across the different properties that you will be looking after.
