About the Role:
- Lead the development process from concept to deployment, ensuring post-production support.
- Foster a strong engineering culture within your squad and across wider Engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Test, and Site Reliability teams to create secure, reliable, and scalable mobile software.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, ensuring reusability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Provide on-call support for our products in production and work with overseas Engineering teams as we scale globally.
About You:
- A solid foundation in mobile application development and modern native languages
- Experience designing, building, and supporting software solutions interfacing with the cloud, with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability.
- Strong organizational, communication, and written skills.
- Self-starter with initiative, creativity, and high energy.
