About the Role:
- Reporting into the Design Chapter Lead, this role is tasked with creating compelling visual narratives to communicate the brand vision as they push the boundaries of digital trust.
- As the Motion Designer, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and dynamic animations that captivate their audience!
• You will be a key member of the wider design function, working alongside creative, brand and product/UX designers to contribute to the role of experience throughout all touchpoints of MATTR’s offering.
• The design team like to work collaboratively and cross functionally – the skills applied in this role will be valued for general design will be utilised across other design services as well.
• You will be a specialist in your field while collaborating with other designers, engineers, product managers and leadership stakeholders.
• You will be working within a rapidly growing market and incredibly technical subject matter; you will need to simplify this information and create engaging stories and videos that educate and inspire people on what a world of digital trust truly looks like.
About You:
• Proven experience in Graphic Design or Animation, ideally within a B2B services environment.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of 2D animation principles, storytelling techniques, and timing.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for articulating design choices and gathering feedback
