About the Role:
- As Web Designer will be a member of the broader Experience team and you’ll be a custodian of our marketing website, playing a key part in the shaping future and driving success measures.
- You will work closely with fellow designers, content specialists, marketers, and leadership to produce compelling and purposeful web experiences for customers.
- This role will take a design, marketing, and content driven approach to improve storytelling and targeted content.
- You will be responsible for designing the future of this brands online presence, as well as managing search and analytics (Google Analytics).
- This is a highly collaborative role, you will participate in wider design workshops, research, and testing and contribute to shared design projects across product design, brand, comms.
- This role will also work closely with product specialists, content managers, marketers, and leadership.
About You:
- Solid experience in a digital role within the services industry – B2B saas technology a plus!
- Proven experience working with design driven CMS platforms such as Framer, Webflow, Wordpress etc to build and maintain websites.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience implementing on-page optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Figma and other design collaboration tools for wireframing, prototyping, and design review.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to rationalise design workflows back to an overall strategy.
- Comfort in hosting playbacks, giving design presentations for senior leadership, and collaborating with team members of all levels.
