About the Role:
Due to internal promotion, we are looking or a talented up and coming Assistant Accountant to join the team.
This is a fantastic development role, working in a supportive and high performing finance team who are committed to helping you build your accounting knowledge by offering a broad role giving you exposure to a range of responsibilities across the team.

About You:
You will be tertiary qualified in accounting and ideally have some commercial (or public practise) experience, working in a varied accounting role. You will be focused, keen to develop your accounting career and be prepared to work hard to hone your technical accounting skills.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills and work ethic will be key to your success. You will be curious, able to work on your own once directed and take pride in your work.

- Supporting all month-end financial accounting duties
- Statutory filing and compliance
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and any other strategic financial planning initiatives.
