- Talen support needed.
- Temp contract to help Tracy and get through some backlog.
Additional to just BAU.
- Some technical roles, so if there is tech ability would be great - in relation to being able to recruit tech roles. Not a deal breaker.
- Need the help to support filling roles - Tracy has about 40 roles (14 new), and
There is also an internship starting which will having applications for that of over 100.
- A safe pair of hands who can just run with it. Write the adverts, know how to screen and recruit. from Teleco would be valuable just so they know some of the language.
Know how to interview and run an end to end process.
- Suggested $80-$90/hour charge. Pay rate maybe around $60-$65/hour pay rate.
