About the Role:
This is a broad finance role that will see you reporting directly into the CFO and managing the full end to end finance function and compliance for the business.
This is an end to end role that will include financial reporting, statutory accounts, commercial analysis, forecast, budgets, cashflow management, audits, global tax requirements , group reporting and more…
You will be integral in setting up the internal finance function for the business, currently predominantly outsourced the business is now at a stage in their journey where they want to bring this all in-house.
No job will be too big or too small for you!
About You:
This role is going to suit someone who is confident and happy to work autonomously across a broad accounting function, you will be happy to roll up your sleeves and work in the detail.
Whilst you will have support from the CFO and wider team, this is a busy office where your colleagues are often travelling or meeting with customers so you will be self-motivated and driven to make things happen and problem solve.
You will have a broad skill set including strong technical accounting skills, and an ability to partner with the business to provide valuable reporting, insights and analysis to help drive business decisions and improve business performance.
You will be comfortable working within a small business environment, but have the skills to flex as the business grows.
